Do you do refund?

A: No, we don’t. However, we can do an 18 month rain check weather update for you and you can reschedule your event with us until 18 months.

What is required to book?

A: A minimum of 50% is required to book. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event day. If booking with less than two weeks to the event day, the complete total is due at booking. ​

How much space is needed for the petting zoo set-up?

A: Approximately 25x25 is the ideal space, however; the panel system is flexible to accommodate smaller areas.

What happens if it rains?

If inclement weather causes us not to be able to perform the petting zoo, a rain check will be offered good for up-to 18 months. Our team will work with you to reschedule your booking for another day. 

What if  I have a booking and need to reschedule the event?

A rescheduled fee of $75 will apply and our team will work to best accommodate your date and time change.
