Q: Do you do refund?
A: No, we don’t. However, we can do an 18 month rain check weather update for you and you can reschedule your event with us until 18 months.
Q: What is required to book?
A: A minimum of 50% is required to book. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event day. If booking with less than two weeks to the event day, the complete total is due at booking.
Q: Do you offer pigs, cows, donkeys or horses?
A: Unfortunately we don't travel with any of our larger animals due to our insurance policy and underwriting needs.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: If inclement weather causes us not to be able to perform the petting zoo, a rain check will be offered good for up-to 18 months. Our team will work with you to reschedule your booking for another day.
Q: What if I have a booking and need to reschedule the event?
A rescheduled fee of $75 will apply and our team will work to best accommodate your date and time change.
Q: What types of events do you cater to?
A: We provide petting zoo experiences for birthday parties, school events, festivals, corporate events, fundraisers, and more.
Q:How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays, as spots fill up quickly. Some Holidays like Easter & Halloween typically book 6-8 months in advance.
Q: What kinds of animals do you bring?
A: We offer a variety of animals, including goats, sheep, rabbits, ducks, chickens, turkeys, pigeons and more. Specific animals depend on availability. We love bringing the the young babies when available.
Q: Are the animals safe and well-trained?
A: Yes, all our animals are friendly, well-socialized, and handled with care. We ensure they are healthy, vaccinated, and used to interacting with people.
Q: Is there a risk of allergies?
A: Some individuals may be allergic to fur, dander, or hay. We recommend guests wash their hands after handling animals.
Q: How much space do you need?
A: We require at least a 10x10 FT area for small setups and larger spaces for bigger events. A flat, grassy, or paved area is preferred.
Q: Do you provide setup and cleanup?
A: Yes! We handle all setup, maintenance, and cleanup*, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. If cleanup is needed at your location its an additional fee. Please be sure to add to your order.
Q: Can you set up indoors?
A: Yes, we can set up in covered areas like barns, garages, or large indoor spaces as long as they are well-ventilated. This is a good option for rainy days. We recommend to put a tarp down and hay to preserve your indoor flooring. (Optional Hay can be purchase from us)
Q: How much does it cost to book a petting zoo?
A: Pricing varies based on event size, duration, location, and number of animals. Contact us for a customized quote.
Q: Do you offer pony rides?
A: Because we look to provide the safest experience for your event we do not offer pony ride; however, we are okay with co-serving your event with another provider who you hire to provide pony rides.
Q: Do you do educational programs?
A: Yes, we offer interactive animal education programs for schools, daycare centers, and special groups. We can provide virtual presentations and well and onsite. Call for special pricing.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes we have insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request after you have placed your order
